Barielle UK makes every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Items in stock are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of order. Some items may not be available in all areas or via expedited methods. If there are any problems with your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with further details. If you registered during the checkout process, you can check the status of your order by selecting "My Account" on the top of the home page. To log in you will need your email address and the password you established.
Once shipped, the delivery time is based upon the product you ordered and the shipping method you chose during checkout.
Shipping charges vary by country. Shipping and handling (S&H) will be added to your order when you check out. Our shipping rates include the cost of customer service, processing, and shipping.

Returns
If for any reason your purchase does not satisfy you, simply return the item within 30 days of the date of purchase, for a prompt, full refund or exchange (less shipping and handling). Please include the packing slip that came with your item or a note with your name, address, and reason for the return. Once we have received your package, we'll send you a replacement or a full merchandise refund.
